Ordering and Shipping Process

In January 2024, our company accepted a project for the transportation of oversized cargo - 6 hydraulic fracturing pumping units based on the Mercedes Actros 4144 chassis.

Our specialists got acquainted with the technical documentation and the proposed loading plan from the Chinese shipper, located in the city of Qingdao. After that, the route was chosen, the transportation plan was optimized, permits for the transportation of oversized cargo were issued, and 6 trawls were submitted for the transportation of installations within China, as well as 6 trawls for transportation on the territory of the Russian Federation.

To optimize logistics, the vehicles passed the border crossing on their own without the participation of transport equipment. Customs clearance of the cargo took place in the city of Zabaikalsk and took 4 working days.

Our company also provided a service of escorting cargo by 2 cover vehicles along the route from the border of the Russian Federation to the final point in the city of Megion to ensure security.

The total route was more than 7300 km.
